The documents that our faculty students need to submit to the postgraduate education commission in order to graduate from the doctorate program are:

1. Petition
   A petition written and signed by your advisor to the Postgraduate Education Commission, requesting the examination of your file by the commission, indicating whether you meet the requirements for graduation or thesis defense examination with the ORPHEUS tag (for students who do not have the requirement for graduation with the ORPHEUS tag).
2. Transcript
3. Thesis Proposal Form
4. Publication Related Information
   -If there is a printed version of the publication, the printed version of the publication should be provided. If it has only been accepted and not yet printed, the acceptance email sent by the journal and the full text of the article including the authors should be provided.
   -Additionally, information about the journal's area index and WOS information (Quartile, impact factor, etc.) where the publication is printed/accepted should be provided to the commission.
5. Thesis-Publication Relationship Table
   - You can access the thesis-publication relationship table necessary to apply for doctoral thesis graduation from here.
   - Each column of this table must be filled out in detail separately for each article you apply to the commission for.
